NOTICE

As of 2-12-03 trucking permit requirements during seasonal weight restriction period have changed. All agricultural and public utility vehicles hauling normal legal loads during the seasonal weight restriction period shall be required to apply for a permit. A public utility vehicle also includes home fuel delivery, and well rigs. Commercial trucking may also require permitting.
